What Makes Monty Booch Special?

After drinking a fair number of commercial kombuchas, our founder James realised most lacked a depth of flavour, and ultimately didn't fulfil his need for non-alcoholic beer/wine alternative to have as something special on an evening.  He started brewing his own kombucha at home, playing with fruit flavourings, testing hops and fermentation times, until he found a perfect mix and Monty Booch was born.

At Monty Booch, we believe that kombucha should be as fun and lively as the body it nourishes. Each batch is brewed using only the finest tea leaves, a carefully cultivated SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast), and all-natural ingredients to ensure a pure, refreshing taste.
