Introducing the SCOBY—a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast—transforms the sweet tea into a tangy, effervescent drink during fermentation. This phase is a natural alchemy, producing vibrant flavors and unique character in every batch.  

Once fermented, we infuse our kombucha with natural ingredients, like zesty ginger or luscious berries, to elevate the taste experience. These flavors are a reflection of the seasons and a celebration of nature’s bounty.
