At Monty Booch, we believe that exceptional flavour begins with exceptional ingredients. Every brew is crafted with intention, combining purity, quality, and care to deliver a refined non-alcoholic experience that is as rewarding for the body as it is for the palate.

At the heart of our kombucha are three essentials: the finest tea, natural sugars, and our living culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY). Each plays a vital role in shaping the depth, character, and vitality of our drinks.

We select only premium teas from trusted growers, knowing that the leaf is the foundation of flavour and wellness. Our teas impart nuanced profiles, delicate, bold, or earthy, ensuring every sip is layered and distinctive.

Sugar, too, serves a purpose beyond sweetness. It fuels fermentation, which transforms the liquid into kombucha’s signature tangy, complex taste. By the time the process is complete, up to 90% of the sugar has been consumed, leaving a sophisticated, health-conscious alternative to conventional soft drinks.

To elevate our brews further, we create our own natural flavour infusions. From hand-pressed juices to carefully balanced blends, everything is made in-house, never from pre-packaged bases. Wherever possible, we source fruit directly from orchards and farms across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Northamptonshire, keeping our craft rooted in freshness, provenance, and community.
