Non-Alcoholic Frozen Berry Margarita Recipe

Party season is upon us and what better way to get the evening started with this alcohol-free Frozen Berry Margarita. It combines the vibrant flavours of mixed berries with the sparkling tang of our Sir Christopher Berry Kombucha. It’s refreshing, fruity, and perfect for any gathering or festive treat.

Ingredients

  • 150g frozen mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants)
  • 120ml fresh orange juice
  • 60ml fresh lime juice
  • 1 large handful of ice
  • 120ml Sir Christopher Berry Kombucha (for topping off and adding fizz)
  • Caster sugar or sea salt, for the rim (optional)
  • Fresh berries and a lime wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass: For a fun presentation, coat the rim with sugar or salt. Rub a lime wedge around the rim, then dip the glass in a plate of sugar or salt to add a frosted effect.

  2. Blend: In a blender, add the frozen berries, orange juice, lime juice, and ice. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour and Top with Kombucha: Pour the berry mixture into your prepared glass, filling it about three-quarters full. Top up with Sir Christopher Berry Kombucha to add a fizzy, berry-rich finish.

  4. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a few fresh berries and a lime wedge, and serve immediately with a straw for the perfect, frosty berry margarita experience.

This drink is packed with natural fruit sweetness, a hint of lime tang, and kombucha’s gentle fizz – perfect for a festive mocktail that everyone can enjoy. Should you wish to add a drop of something stronger to the mix, add a shot of tequila and orange liqueur before blending to elevate it further.
