During this 3-hour session, you'll:

  • Learn the core process—from SCOBY care to brewing basics
  • Taste a variety of Monty Booch brews
  • Experiment with flavour combinations and pairing options
  • Bottle and flavour your own brew to take home
  • Leave with your own live SCOBY, starter liquid, and a printed brewing guide
